Migrely

Migrely privacy policy

Effective date: 26 October 2026.

Migrely is a headache diary for Android, published on Google Play by Sulton UzDev ("we"). This policy explains what happens to the information you enter. In short: Migrely has no internet access, and we never receive your entries.

What Migrely keeps, and where

Migrely keeps what you enter on your phone:

Migrely does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any account. It has no internet permission, so it cannot send anything to us or to anyone else. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code of its own. The Google Play billing library it uses for Premium includes Google's usage logging, which cannot send anything either without the internet permission.

Android's own backup

Android may back up Migrely's entries and settings to your Google account, as it does for other apps, and restore them on a new phone. On Android 9 and later, Migrely allows this backup only when it is end-to-end encrypted, which needs a screen lock on your phone; without one, the entries move only to a new phone by direct transfer. Android 8 cannot require that encryption, so there the backup works as it does for other apps. This backup is run by Google under Google's privacy policy, and we cannot see it. You can turn it off in your phone's settings.

Files you choose to share

You can export a backup file, a spreadsheet file or a PDF report for your doctor. Migrely creates the file, and you choose where it goes, for example by email or to a cloud drive. What happens to it then depends on the service you choose.

Notifications

Reminders and the "Did it help?" question are notifications made on your phone. They need the notification permission, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.

Purchases

Migrely Premium is bought through Google Play. Google Play handles the payment under Google's privacy policy, and we receive no payment details, name or email. Migrely asks the Google Play app on your phone whether Premium is active, without going on the internet, and keeps only this on your phone:

This record is not part of Android's backup, so on a new phone Migrely asks Google Play again for the Google account signed in there. Settings → Delete all data removes this record too, but not the purchase: it stays with your Google account, and Migrely finds it again at its next check or when you tap "Restore purchases". To cancel a subscription, use Google Play; Migrely cannot cancel it for you.

Deleting your information

Children

Migrely is meant for adults, and is not directed at children under 18.

Consumer health data (Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and similar laws)

The information you enter in Migrely is consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370 and Connecticut's health data rules. We do not collect, share or sell it: it stays on your phone, and we have no way to receive it. Migrely uses no location data and no geofencing. Because we hold none of your health data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete or share on request; you control it all in the app, as described above. If you have a question about your rights, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. A change that lets Migrely collect information would need a new app version, and we would say so clearly in the app first.
